Hotel Cancellation Policy

Hotel Reservation Procedure &
Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation: There are no refunds on any Naughty Events. We will transfer your funds to another future Naughty Event or to the same event the following year. We will transfer the funds in full, minus a $50 re-booking fee. Processing fees are not transferrable. NO TRANSFERS will be made if you do not cancel by August 3rd and/or do not show.

If the event is cancelled due to a named storm in the Gulf or a Covid-19 (or similar) outbreak, we will issue a 100% credit for 2022 or any of our future Naughty Events.

Hotel Cancellation: Because this event is a hotel takeover and it is nearly impossible to fill rooms the two (2) week prior to our event, the following hotel policy is in effect:

1. The Convention hotel will charge you for your full stay, starting on July 2, 2021. It can take the hotel up to 2 weeks to process all charges.
2. Your hotel stay is refundable until 14 days prior to the event, after which, there are no refunds on your hotel stay. If you do not cancel your hotel reservation in writing 14 days before the event, you will not get a refund from the hotel.

Naughty Events LLC reserves the right to change the venue, location and dates should circumstances require such a change. A change of venue, location, or dates will not be considered a cancellation of the event, and the above-stated cancellation policy will continue to apply. Naughty Events LLC reserves the right to change the venue of the event.
